Meters are read Quarterly - January, April, July, and October at the beginning of each month.
Readings are aquired either through drive by (roughly 970 meters) or automatic read (AMI 780 meters). As of 1/1/2020, meters are being changed over to cellular on an as needed basis.
Deduct meters are read once per year at the end of September.
